Show them you find delight in their child and that even in difficult times you love them. Have little stories, not just problems to share every day. Parents, especially working parents who are away from their children all day love to hear about their child’s daily activities.

When my son was little I was lucky enough to have my mother watch him when i went to work. she helped me out tremendously and I will always be grateful for that.

I agree to the idea of having relatives for baby sitting. Normally Grand parents are the ones who love to do this job. They love the babies and know how to care for them. In return they get to live with their children and also feel secure. In old age, its always good to be with somebody around to take your care.

The trouble we have is I work 7 days a week and my partner doesnt work. The reason for this is if she worked we would just be using her money to pay for child fee’s so we think its better that she is at home with baby and I am at work, it seems to work well for us !
