I bet the poor girl could hardly wait to leave when my folks got home. I had 4 sisters and all the items used in the treasure hunt where hid again and again all night long. I've continue this tradition, you might say, with my grandkids. When they spend they night or are over for a special day it always includes a treasure hunt, they love it and as I did as a child what to do it over and over again.
