I personally think Nanny cams are a good idea. personally i would like to know if their are nanny cams in a familys home i work in. just so i know that the parents are being cautious and actually care about their kids. and also a nanny cam comes handy if something bad happens in the home while the parents are away ( not meaning the nanny does something. i meaning incase their was a natural disaster or someone breaks into the home. sort of thing) i was taught to always act profesional and proper (just like if a parent was working from home) also another thing for familys to know what their children are doing during the day are journals. that the children and nanny can write in what they have done (and so the nanny can write feedback on how the kids are etc.) I am a Nanny.
